Our team provides a full safety briefing upon setup. All of our units are made from 100% lead free vinyl. Safety is not an option, it’s a REQUIREMENT, and the safety of your children is our #1 priority.

Under no circumstances should water be used with any inflatable that is not designed for such use. However, there are inflatables designed for use with water. We will be glad to let you know what water units are available for you to rent for your event. We do provide a water hose (25ft long) if inflatable is further please have a water hose present.

Our inflatables can be set up on grass, cement, concrete, asphalt, or even indoors with a different anchoring system available for every possible combination. When placing your reservation, please let us know on what type of terrain your rental will be installed. Inflatables that are setup on grass are anchored with long steel stakes, while inflatables that are setup on other surfaces or indoors are anchored with sandbags.

We highly recommend reserving your bounce house rental or water slide rental at least 2-4 weeks in advance, especially if your event falls during peak season (May-September) or on a holiday weekend. This secures your preferred inflatable and delivery time. Last-minute bookings are always welcome, but selection may be limited.

The standard inflatable rental price usually covers the rental unit for a set period  of 6-8 hours, professional delivery, complete setup and takedown by our team, and the necessary equipment (blower, extension cord, stakes/sandbags). Delivery fees may apply depending on your event’s location.

Space: Check the dimensions of your chosen unit on our product page, then add at least two feet of clear space around all sides for safe operation and anchoring. The area must be relatively flat, free of sharp objects, and clear of overhead obstacles (tree branches, power lines). Power: All inflatables require continuous power from a standard 110-volt electrical outlet. The outlet must be within 50-75 feet of the setup area; we provide heavy-duty cords. For park rentals or areas without power, a generator rental is often required.

We understand that plans change! Our cancellation policy allows for a full refund or rain-check credit if you need to cancel due to severe weather (high winds, heavy rain, thunderstorms) or other reasons before we deliver the unit. Please review our complete rental agreement for specific details on deposits and cancellations.

Yes, adult supervision is absolutely required at all times. A responsible adult (18+) must be present while the inflatable is in use to enforce the safety rules (e.g., no flips, separating older/younger children, keeping food/sharp objects out) and to help children safely enter and exit the unit. This ensures the best experience and adheres to all inflatable safety guidelines.

Each bounce house and water slide rental has a manufacturer-specified capacity, which generally limits the number of users at one time, especially by weight and age. As a general guide, a standard 13’x13′ bounce house can safely hold 6-8 younger children (under 8 years old). Capacity limits are clearly listed on our website and reviewed during setup.
